In Bloom is located at the west entrance of 5442 S Tacoma Way in Tacoma Washington and can be seen heading east on 56th Street. This mural was created to bring visibility to CraftyAF and create a welcoming, uplifting public piece for the community to enjoy, while celebrating creativity and growth.
When choosing paint colors, I realized that the existing wall color on my mockup was not an accurate representation of the actual wall color. I ultimately choose colors that were more harmonious with the actual color and provided balanced contrast. Additionally, I did my best to work the design around the pipes on the wall where possible to allow for the most seamless experience from various angles.
